A simple starter of fresh vegetables, homemade gluten-free flat bread and houmous.
3 carrots, cut into sticks
1 jar of olives, drained
1 cucumber, cut into sticks
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Flat Bread**

*HOUMOUS Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1 TBSP of lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
½ tsp of salt 
1 TBSP of tahini
4 TBSP of water

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Adjust salt to taste.

**FLAT BREAD Ingredients:
240g of gluten-free flour
½ -1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
4 TBSP of olive oil
4-5 TBSP of Water
3 TBSP of Aquafaba

1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add oil, water and aquafaba to flour mix.
3. Divide dough into six balls and roll them flat.
4. Fry in a small amount of oil on medium heat.
