Gluten-free Vegan Cereal Bars

Makes approximately 9 cereal bars

  • 120g of freee Chocolate Stars

  • 180g peanut butter

  • 75ml date syrup

  • optional 1/2 tsp salt

  • optional melted Free From white chocolate


  • Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper

  • Gently warm nut butter if it is not easy to stir

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  • Pour the cereal mixture into the pan

  • Place a second sheet of parchment over top and press the cereal down very firmly into the pan. This keeps the cereal bars from falling apart after cutting!

  • Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave

    • If microwaving, use a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on low for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat again for 10-15 seconds. Stir. Repeat until chocolate is melted.

  • Pour white chocolate over cereal bars or drizzle the chocolate using a dipped fork

  • Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to slice into bars

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer
