Ingredients
- 600 g gluten-free self-raising flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 8 Tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 780 mililitres almond milk
- Oil for frying
- Fruit and/or syrup for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine
- self-raising flour
- baking powder
- salt
- caster sugar
- Add vanilla extract and dairy free milk and whisk well.
- Add oil to a frying pan and heat on medium-high.
- Spoon a ladle-full of pancake batter into your pan.
- Wait for bubbles to form on the surface of your pancake and for the edges of your pancake to look dry.
- Flip your pancake and cook through.
- Serve with fruit and/or maple syrup.
