Makes approximately 9 cereal bars
Ingredients
120g of freee Chocolate Stars
180g peanut butter
75ml date syrup
optional 1/2 tsp salt
optional melted Free From white chocolate
Instructions
Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper
Gently warm nut butter if it is not easy to stir
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Pour the cereal mixture into the pan
Place a second sheet of parchment over top and press the cereal down very firmly into the pan. This keeps the cereal bars from falling apart after cutting!
Melt white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave
If microwaving, use a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on low for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat again for 10-15 seconds. Stir. Repeat until chocolate is melted.
Pour white chocolate over cereal bars or drizzle the chocolate using a dipped fork
Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to slice into bars
Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer
