Ingredients: 3 boxes of gluten-free puff pastry 1 block of gluten-free vegan cheese, grated 1 onion 4 gluten-free vegan sausages Gluten-free flour for dusting HOMEMADE KETCHUP* *HOMEMADE KETCHUP Ingredients: 1-2 TBSp vinegar 2 tsp xylitol 6 TBSP tomato puree 1/4 tsp salt 1. Preheat the oven to 200C 2. Mix together ketchup ingredients in a separate bowl 3. Chop raw veggie sausages into bite-size pieces 4. Chop onion small 5. Divide each pastry sheet in half (you should have six smaller rectangles altogether) 6. Fill half of each rectangle with sausage, cheese and onion to taste 7. Fold the pastry over and press edges together 8. Place in hot oven for 12-15 minutes 9. Serve with ketchup on the side
